39 Goodacre Avenue, Winston Hills

When we decided to sell our home we decided to list with Response Real Estate at Baulkham Hills as we had purchased our home through this agency and had a positive experience through the sale process.

When I contacted the office I spoke with an agent by the name of Melissa Williams. I explained that we were considering selling our home and buying another property in the area. This was 18 months ago; however, Melissa has diligently kept me up to date with the state of the real estate market through this time, advised us of homes for sale during this period and educated us about the state of the market. This was an invaluable process and helped us in understanding what out home was potentially worth and what we would potentially need when re-entering the market.

When we finally decided to sell our home, listing with Melissa at Response was a decision we were very comfortable with based on the competitive commission as well as the professional, friendly and helpful attitude Melissa demonstrated to us during this time.

Melissa visited our home on numerous occasions and provided us with in depth advice on the state of the market as well as the best strategy and marketing approach for our property.

The marketing strategy, network of agents and extensive database of customers that Response Real Estate held was invaluable and was directly responsible for such a fantastic result.

I would highly recommend Response Real Estate, in particular Melissa Williams, to anyone considering either buying or selling their home. She is a consummate professional who demonstrated integrity, commitment and up-to-date communication with us through the entire process.
