Melissa was very reliable communicating her knowledge of the maket, buyer expectations, and how to prepare a house for sale (the must do's and the don't have to...) which saved me a lot of time and money. She listened to my style of communication as well and worked in with my schedule. On the day of auction, Melissa was driven for a sale but supportive of the process to ensure the most realistic price was reached. This was difficult to achieve in the falling market but she got us there.
