Schofields

Property Focus

Schofield got it’s name from John Schofield (1803–1884) who was transported in 1821 from Cheshire England to the Colony of New South Wales for stealing when he was 17 years old.

There are big changes planned for the area with hundreds of blocks of land due to be released for residential housing and a new Primary School also planned to be built in the new area of block releases.

Schofield is a beautiful area surrounded by parklands yet located within easy reach of great schools and Shopping Centers including Rouse Hill Town Centre and Parklea Markets. Schofield Railway Station is newly refurbished and is on the Richmond branch of the Western railway line of the Sydney Trains network.
