58 Sovereign Avenue, Kellyville Ridge

We cannot thank you enough for the friendly and professional service you provided during the process of selling our home. Selling your family home can be such a stressful and emotional time, but I can honestly say that having you as our agent has helped make the process a very smooth and easy one.

You were always available when we needed you, and always ensured that we were kept in the loop every step of the way during the whole process – which we really appreciated. Nothing was ever a problem, and there were no surprises along the way, as you had already told us exactly how things would work going forward.

We were particularly please with the advertising and write up on our home, including your selection of photographs to help promote our property in the best way possible.

We knew you were the agent for us, that very (very) hot day that you knocked on our door to introduce yourself. From our first meeting, we knew you were the professional and friendly agent we wanted to work with and for this very reason, we did not speak with another agent after meeting you – you had us on board from our very first meeting, and that resulted in the sale of our property after just one open home and we cannot thank you enough.

We would without a doubt recommend the services of you and your agency to anyone looking to sell their home.
