I’d like to thank Sean for his professional and understanding approach to the sales process. In a rather strange arrangement I was asked by my mother and father in-law to represent them in the sale of the property they’d lived in for over 50 years, by first of all assisting in the selection of the agent and then in all direct communications with Sean through the entire sales process.
Sean started contacting my in-laws many years ago to see if they were thinking of selling their property and maintained an annual quick phone call / visit to keep in touch. This already established relationship, plus the fact Response RE also appeared to have for sale (and recently sold) many houses in the district of similar vintage and style at around the price level we wanted to achieve, also influenced the selection of Sean as the agent.
It was made clear to Sean the pricing level we wanted to achieve for a sale to progress and that I didn’t want to hear any unnecessary “noise”. Sean took this on board and provided an excellent filter of information at the level required.
Sean maintained a very clear and uncomplicated communication channel throughout the sales process, listening to our vendor instructions and achieving the result we were seeking.
